Refund policy

At Cary Out, every item is carefully sourced and inspected. Because our inventory consists of authentic vintage garments, each piece is unique and may show signs of age and wear. 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in the same condition it was received.
• Item must not be washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Original tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

Vintage Condition

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor fading, cracking, distressing, repairs, and signs of wear are considered part of the garment’s character and are not considered defects. Please review all photos and descriptions before purchasing.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale:

• Items marked Final Sale.
• International orders.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item with significant undisclosed damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
